Another Find: too close (similar) for comfort...?

What is up with this?  Bowie's came out first (in 1983) and Billy's - was also released, later in 1983.   Hmmm.  Very odd.  To me - these just look too similar.  I was rearranging records and for some reason, these two albums were out on my sorting table at the same time.  I'd love to know what you think.  Coincidence?   The colors, the shadows, the pose with fists.  I really like Eyes Without a Face.  And from Let's Dance - my guy Nile produced it.  Some same it sort of bailed David out of a funk.  And SRV's guitar - awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NEl6BBLwSa0
