What a gorgeous cover. I may have to use this for my main title page - at the top of the blog. Just gorgeous...and - believe me, Mountain has some killer covers. Mountain played heavy Blues Rock, mainly influenced by the well-known band Cream. At Woodstock, it was only their fourth gig, but they played in front of 500,000 people. They came on stage on Saturday, Aug. 6th, the second day of Woodstock and about 9:00 pm. They followed Canned Heat, and The Grateful Dead followed Mountatin. Not a bad spot.
