The James Gang: straight shooter

A few weeks (months?) ago - this album was honored by being my blog's main title cover.   The James Gang existed from the late sixties, in the early seventies.  Their classic lineup included the great Joe Walsh.  He was in the band from 1968 until 1971, when he later was recruited to join the Eagles. This record is called Straight Shooter.  Straight Shooter is the fifth studio album by James Gang (the second without Joe Walsh), it was released in 1972, and the final one released on ABC Records. They moved to Atco Records the next year (coincidentally, Walsh would move to a sister label to Atco, Asylum Records, once he left ABC, this was necessary because he became a member of the Eagles, also signed to Asylum).  This album is the last recording featuring guitarist Domenic Troiano, who was replaced by Tommy Bolin.
