April Wine - The Nature of the Beast. This record always seemed to be on the turntable in Smitty's and Dale's room down the hall from me and Ted in college (ISU - 1980/81) in Walker Hall. They are/were a 5-peice heavy rock group from just outside Nova Scotia, Canada. You might recall the semi-hit soft rock power ballad, "Just Between You and Me," which was their most successful single. A record I'd love to add to my collection from April Wine is called "Harder ... Faster," which contained the hit "I Like to Rock." Click on this post's title for a youtube clip of that song.
