B.T. Express - Non-Stop

B.T. Express.  B.T. Express (originally named Brooklyn Trucking Express) had a few successful songs during the 1970s.  They had that "Brooklyn sound" of the early 70s, were formed from three players of the group King Davis House Rockers.  The House Rockers were a local (Brooklyn) dance band who had released obscure singles.  This is such a great cover.  The band members' astrological signs are listed with their names below each head shot picture - above left.  This record is titled Non-Stop.  It is the second album by the BrooklynNew York band B.T. Express. Released in July 1975, the album reached number one on the R&B charts.  On side two - they even do a cover of the great Bacharach-David tune, (They Long to Be) Close to You.
