This one was in the stack of records given to my by my neighbor, Harley. By the way - my neighbors have the coolest names. We have Harley of course, and a Duke, plus Dusty. Sounds like they should be in a band. Back to this one it is on the Invictus label, from 1970. I read that Invictus was formed in 1968 - and is one of the three US soul/disco record labels (the two others being Hot Wax and Music Merchant) that were set-up by the famous songwriting triumvirate of , , and their business partner after they (sadly, to me) left following royalties disputes.
